1. Apply the silicone sealant GMP/N 9985943, or equivalent to the turbo charger outlet.
2. Install the intake manifold gasket.
3. Slide the intake in to the turbo charger outlet hose.
4. Install the intake manifold.
Notice : Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
5. Install the intake manifold bolts.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 23 N-m (17 Ib ft).
6. Install the clamp for the turbo charger connector hose.
Tighten
Tighten the connector hose clamps to 6 N-m (50 Ib in ).
