1. Apply the specified grease to the lower half of the cylinder liner.
2. Lower the liner carefully into the engine block until it rests on the O-rings.
3. Mount the hinge bolt (4) (1696707) in the position shown.
4. Mount the pressure plate (3) on the cylinder liner.
5. Press the liner carefully into the block with the lever (2) from the tool set.
