This expander is used to roll the upper portion of the injector sleeve to properly seal the sleeve in the cylinder head thus preventing any coolant leaks. This tool applies to the older model Cummins engines H/NH 4 7/8 and 5 1/8 bore engines and V12 5 1/8 bore.
