This is symptom tree t125
Cause Correction

Variable speed (VS) speed adjusting screw has missing or damaged washers

Remove the jam nuts and locknuts. Install new copper washers. Refer to Procedure 005-056.
 

Throttle shaft is damaged

Check the o-rings, shaft, and housing bushings for damage. Refer to Procedure 005-038.
