Used to plug oil passages and drillings during a repair process.

Used to remove the main bearing caps from the cylinder block.

Used with Guide Kit, Part Number 4918339, to inspect the connecting rods for bend, twist, and length.

Used to pull or install the rear crankshaft seal on both the REPTO and Non REPTO applications. The previous kits 3162994 and 3164153 can be updated to work on REPTO applications by adding the replacer plate, Part Number 3164763.

Used to pull or install the front crankshaft seal.

Used to protect the crankshaft journal by guiding the connecting rod during installation or removal.

Used to remove the cylinder liners from all present engine series. Used with cylinder liner puller plate, Part Number 3162462, on Signature engines. Cylinder liner remover, Part Number 3162873, can also be used for this application.

Used with the universal cylinder liner puller, Part Number 3162873, to remove the cylinder liners.

Used to install cylinder liners and clamp for protrusion readings into the cylinder block. Cylinder liner installation tool, Part Number 3162461 can be also used for this application, if updated with the cylinder liner installation plate, Part Number 3164606.

Used to clean machine surfaces prior to the installation of thread repair inserts, coolant passage surfaces, and upper deck repair sleeves.

Used to tighten the rod capscrews and cylinder head bolts. Part Number 3163059 is a 3/4 inch impact wrench with ample range to tighten bolts.

Used to install piston into cylinder block. The piston ring compressor, Part Number 3163158, can also be used, if machined to work with flat top cylinder liners.

Kit contains a pin and three wedges. Used to set engine base timing.

Used to pull the cam gear. The puller will only work on camshaft gears with puller holes.

Used with either Part Number 3375193 or Part Number 3375194 engine stand.

Used to remove and install injectors.

Used to remove and install the wear sleeve and wet flywheel housing oil seal on QSX15 engines.

Used to remove and install the crankshaft adapter and crankshaft gear.

Used to seal the main bearing cap to the mating surface of the cylinder block.

Used to plug the front oil passage of the cylinder block during a repair process. For use on engines built after August 2006.

Use with ST 561 Connecting Rod Checking Fixture to measure stretch and twist in the connecting rod.
