Electronic Control System ISM and QSM11 Engines – Cab Thermostat Will Not Autostart Engine

This is symptom tree t015-1
Cause Correction

Cab thermostat is not set up correctly

Refer to the Performance/Economy Features section for thermostat setup.
 

Cab thermostat is not powered up

Refer to troubleshooting symptom tree Cab Thermostat Will Not Power Up.
 

Cab thermostat desired temperature not set correctly

Refer to the Performance/Economy Features section for thermostat setup.
 

Thermostat signal circuit is malfunctioning

Check the thermostat signal circuit. Refer to the OEM troubleshooting and repair manual for the procedure.
 

Cab thermostat is malfunctioning

Replace the cab thermostat. Refer to the OEM troubleshooting and repair manual for the procedure.
