Electronic Control System ISM and QSM11 Engines – Cab Thermostat Will Not Power Up

Symptom Tree  t015-2

This is symptom tree t015-2
Cause Correction

Engine harness power fuse(s) is malfunctioning

Check the power fuse(s). Refer to Procedure 019-198 and the OEM troubleshooting and repair manual.
 

Unswitched battery circuit is malfunctioning

Check the unswitched battery circuit. Refer to the OEM troubleshooting and repair manual for the procedure.
 

Keyswitch circuit is malfunctioning

Check the vehicle, equipment, or vessel keyswitch circuit. Refer to the OEM troubleshooting and repair manual for the procedure.
 

Cab thermostat is malfunctioning

Replace the cab thermostat. Refer to the OEM troubleshooting and repair manual for the procedure.
