The aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor is used to monitor the fuel pressure in the aftertreatment system.

For the ISX engine, the aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor is below the integrated fuel system module.

For the ISM engine, the aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor is located at the back of the engine, on the fuel system side.

Remove

Clean the area around the aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor ( ).

Disconnect the pressure sensor connector ( ) from the engine harness.

Remove the aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor ( ).

Install

TOC

Install a new aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor.

Torque Value:  14  n.m  [124 in-lb]

Connect the engine harness to the aftertreatment fuel pressure sensor.

Operate the engine and check for leaks.

Check for fault codes with INSITE™ electronic service tool.
