1. Install the drive belt idler pulley to the mounting bracket.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
2. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 50 N-m (37 Ib ft).
3. Install the A/C idler pulley to the A/C idler pulley bracket (non A/C only).
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 83 N-m (61 Ib ft).
4. Install the drive belt on the drive pulleys. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (6.5L Drive Belt).
5. Install the upper radiator shroud on the radiator.
