1. Remove the upper radiator shroud from the radiator. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement (Upper) in Engine Cooling.
2. Remove the drive belt from the drive pulleys.
Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (6.5L Drive Belt).
3. Remove the a/c idler pulley bracket from the accessory bracket (non A/C only).
4. Remove the drive belt idler pulley and bolt.
