1. Remove the oil level indicator from the oil level indicator tube.
2. Remove the oil level indicator tube mounting bolt.
3. Remove the left tire and rim from the vehicle.
Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Single Front or Rear Wheels) in Suspension .
4. Remove the inner wheel housing from the vehicle.
Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement (Left) in Body Front End.
5. Remove the oil level indicator tub e retaining clip.
6. Remove the oil level indicator tube from the oil pan.
7. Remove the O-ring from the oil level indicator tube .
