Centinel System – Master Repair Manual – 019-115   Rail Fuel Pressure Sensor

Preparatory Steps

Remove the Centinel™ control module. Refer to Procedure 019-130.

Disconnect the sensor connector from the wiring harness.

Remove

Remove the pressure sensor with a 1-1/4-inch deep well drive socket, Part Number 3823843, and a ratchet.

Install

 TOC

Inspect the new sensor for an o-ring.

Install the new pressure sensor and tighten.

Torque Value:  14  n.m  [124 in-lb]

Finishing Steps

 TOC

Install the Centinel™ control module. Refer to Procedure 019-130.

Connect the sensor connector to the wiring harness.
