This main bearing cap puller is designed for Phase III series V12 engines. This design is used with main bearing caps with cross bolt hole to pull the main bearing cap. The puller legs are positioned through the man bearing bolt holes and the puller legs engage the cross bolt hole to permit a positive engagement to pull the cap with the slide hammer.
