Engine Family: C Series

This kit is designed to salvage C series cylinder heads when the injector sealing face has become mutilated, due to leaking combustion gases, rusty or other conditions that will prevent proper seating/sealing of the injector in the cylinder head. The spotface tool removes a precise amount of material from the counterbore so that a new sealing surface is provided. A special micrometer is used to measure depth of cut.

NOTE: Cylinder head must be removed for this operation.
