Engine Family: L10/M11
These tools are used to salvage the L10/M11 mid stop liner ledge. In some instances, the ledge cannot easily be “cleaned up” with the hand operated 3823558 Counterbore Ledge Cutter Kit. This kit is used with the power tool mentioned below to bore (cut) the ledge up to .125 inch deeper if necessary to clean up the counterbore ledge. This kit provides an extension shaft and cutter plate and tool bit to be used with 3823352 Counterbore Cutter tool.
NOTE: Many customers have this tool in their 3823325 Counterbore Tool Kit for repairing lower press fit liner counterbores with repair sleeves. Also 3823495 Depth Gauge Block must be used to measure the depth of cut precisely.
