The INLINE™ 5 Datalink Adapter and its associated cables are used as a communications interface between a personal computer with the INSITE™ Service tool v6.3 or later installed and Cummins electronic engine Datalink. The INLINE™ 5 Datalink Adapter is designed for use with SAE J1708 and J1939 standard protocols using Serial or USB connection.
