Fault Codes 352 and 431
|
Overview
CODE | REASON | EFFECT |
Fault Code: Multiple PID: None FMI: None LAMP: Yellow SRT: 00-615 |
No outgoing voltage detected at the ECM switch supply pin 10 of the OEM harness and no voltage detected at pins 9 and 6 of the OEM harness. |
Cruise control/PTO and engine brakes will not work and ECM loses signal from all cab switches. |
Idle Validation Circuit |
|
Circuit Description
The idle validation ON/OFF switch and all cab switches are powered by the +5 VDC common switch supply.
Component Location
The +5 VDC switch supply circuit is located in the OEM harness. Refer to the vehicle manufacturer’s manual for the specification.
Shop Talk
If no voltage is detected on pin 10 of the OEM harness, no power is sent to any cab switches. These include clutch switch, brake switch, engine brake on/off, etc.
