• Air Tanks and Reservoirs – drain

• Fuel Filter – change
• Lubricating Oil – change
• Lubricating Oil Filter – change
• Coolant Filter – change
• Engine Coolant Supplemental Coolant Additive (SCA) Concentration Level – check
• Air Compressor Discharge Lines – change
• Engine Wiring Harness – inspect

• Overhead Set – adjust
• Water Pump – check
• Radiator Shutter Assembly – check
• Turbocharger – check
• Engine Mounts – check
• Engine – clean

• Intake Air System – operate engine and check

• Vibration Damper – check
• Fan Drive Idler Pulley Assembly – check
• Turbocharger – check
• Fan Hub Belt Driven – check
• Air Compressor Carbon Buildup – check

1. Perform maintenance at whichever interval occurs first. At each scheduled maintenance interval, perform all previous maintenance checks that are due for scheduled maintenance.
2. Follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance procedures for the starter, alternator, generator, batteries, electrical components, engine brake, exhaust brake, charge air cooler, air compressor, air conditioner compressor, and fan clutch. Refer to Procedure 203-001 (Component Manufacturer’s Addresses) in Section M for addresses and telephone numbers.
3. The lubricating oil and lubricating oil filter interval can be adjusted based on fuel consumption, gross vehicle weight, and idle time. Reference the appropriate maximum oil drain interval table.
4. Test the SCA concentration level every six months, unless concentration is over 3 units; then check at every oil drain interval until concentration is below 3 units.
