Remove

Automotive with CM870


Remove two water pump mounting capscrews and install two guide studs.

SMALL | MEDIUM | LARGE


Remove the remaining three capscrews, the water pump, and the o-ring seal.

Discard the o-ring seal.

Automotive with CM570


Remove two water pump capscrews and install guide studs.

Remove remaining three capscrews, water pump, and water inlet o-ring seal.

Discard the o-ring seal.

SMALL | MEDIUM | LARGE
   

Industrial CM570 and Power Generation without CM570


Remove the pulley (1), pilot adapter (2), and belt tensioner bracket (3).

SMALL | MEDIUM | LARGE
   


Remove the remaining water pump capscrews, and water inlet o-rings.

Discard the o-ring seals.
