1. Install the keyway in the crankshaft.
Important:
• Do not damage the reluctor wheel square bosses.
• Align the timing marks.
Install the crankshaft sprocket with the reluctor wheel square bosses facing the front.
2. Install the camshaft sprocket with the timing chain with the mark on the sprocket facing the front.
3. Install the fuel injection pump camshaft gear.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
4. Install the washer and the bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 170 N-m (125 Ib ft).
