1. Position the poly-V-belt 8PK (2) over the pulleys and route it correctly.
End by positioning the poly-V-belt over an idler pulley.
2. Move the tensioner (1) against the spring tension and remove the locking pin (A).
Use only a hexagonal socket or a hexagonal ring spanner.
3. Make sure that the mark (3) on the tensioner arm is within range.
– A new belt must be within range (B). Otherwise the belt is routed incorrectly or outside its specification.
– A used belt must be within range (C). Otherwise the belt is routed incorrectly or outside its specification.
