Operate the vehicle pulling the heaviest available trailer allowed for the first 80 to 160 km [50 to 100 miles] after rebuild. Operate the vehicle in the highest gear possible within the normal operating rpm range of the engine. It is necessary to operate the engine at or near full throttle at 75 percent to 85 percent of maximum horsepower rpm indicated on the dataplate.

Operate the engine under the highest load possible at full throttle within the normal operating rpm range of the engine for the first 3 hours of operation after rebuild.
