WARNING
Do not remove the pressure cap from a hot engine. Wait until the coolant temperature is below 50°C [120°F] before removing the pressure cap. Heated coolant spray or steam can cause personal injury.
Fill the filter with clean gas engine lubricating oil, and apply a light coat of oil to the sealing gasket. Refer to Section 7, Lubricating Oil System, General Information, for lubricating oil recommendation.
Install the lubricating oil filter. Refer to Procedure 007-013.
