Circuit Description

The ECM contains an internal temperature sensor that is used to measure the temperature inside the ECM.

Component Location

The ECM internal air temperature sensor is located inside the ECM.

Shop Talk

The ECM temperature is monitored to protect the ECM in the event of excessive temperature.
