ISM, ISMe, and QSM11 – 009-010   Alternator Drive Pulley

Preparatory Steps

Remove

Remove the pulley retainer capscrew.

Use pulley puller, Part Number ST-647, and two 5/16 x 18 x 2 capscrews to remove the pulley.

Inspect for Reuse

Inspect the pulley for nicks, cracks, excessive wear in the belt grooves or other damage.

Install

The pulley must be installed with the deep dished side of the pulley facing away from the engine.

Use pulley installation tool, Part Number 3376326, and pulley pusher adapter, Part Number 3377401, to install the alternator drive pulley.

Install and tighten the retaining capscrew.

Torque Value:  75  n.m  [55 ft-lb]
