Cause Correction

Fuel consumption and/or oil consumption data are inaccurate

Verify fuel consumption and/or oil consumption data. Refer to Procedure 018-003 for engine specific oil blend rates.

 

Lubricating oil leak (external)

Inspect the Centinel™ System for external oil leaks. Tighten any loose fittings if necessary. Refer to Procedure 007-088 for specifications.

 

Lubricating oil control valve malfunctioning

Inspect the oil control valve for proper operation. Refer to Procedure 007-078.

 

Lubricating oil consumption is excessive
