Read the fault codes with an electronic service tool. Refer to Section TF for fault code troubleshooting. |

Lubricating oil make-up tank vent and/or breather clogged |
Check the make-up tank vent and/or breather. Clean if necessary. |

|
Make-up oil supply lines are restricted |
Check to see that all of the make-up oil supply lines are free of crimps and sharp bends. Refer to Procedure 208-002 for supply line locations. |

|
Make-up system not primed |
Perform priming procedure. Refer to Procedure 007-089. |
|
|
Oil and fuel consumption parameters are not correct (not applicable to integrated system) |
Verify that the calibration plug is correct. Verify that the Centinel™ control module calibration values are correct. Refer to Procedure 019-131 and Procedure 018-003. |

Electronic control module (ECM) calibration is malfunctioning |
Verify the ECM calibration is correct. Check the calibration revision history for applicable fixes to the calibration stored in the ECM. Refer to the calibration history spreadsheet Click here to see ecm_calibration_rev_history.xls on QuickServe® Online or the INCAL™ CD-ROM. Compare the calibration stored in the ECM with the engine rating and the Control Parts List (CPL), Bulletin 4021326 or 4021327. If necessary, recalibrate the ECM. Refer to Procedure 019-032. |
